Suggested Use:
As a dietary supplement, adults take one packet mid-morning, one packet mid-afternoon and one packet at bedtime for seven days. Do not exceed three packets daily, Allow three to four weeks between cleansing cycles. This product should be taken in conjunction with a sensible diet high in fresh fruit and vegetables and six ounces of water eight times daily.
CAUTION: This product is not intended for pregnant or nursing mothers or children under the age of 18. Do not use this product if you have abdominal pain, diarrhea or loose stools. Do not use this product for more than one week nor exceed the recommended daily dose. Taking this product without adequate fluid may cause it to swell and block your throat or esophagus and may cause choking. Do not take this product is you have difficulty swallowing. If you experience chest pain, vomiting, or difficulty in swallowing or breathing after taking this product, seek immediate medical attention. Read and follow directions carefully. This product contains cascara sagrada, rhubarb, buckthorne, and senna leaves.
Should this occur, or if you have a known medical condition and are taking medication, consult your physician prior to taking this or any dietary supplement.
Individuals who have developed an allergic reaction to Psyllium dust should not take this product, before consulting a physician.
