Use:
As a dietary
supplement of fiber, adults take four capsules, one to two times
daily. For best results, take 4 to 6 capsules 30 minutes before
bedtime. Each serving should be taken with at least 8 oz. water.
Increased amounts of water are always beneficial to your health.
If minor bloating occurs, reduce the intake until your body adjusts
to this daily source of dietary fiber.
